Amazing experience; amazing guide!!! Highly recommend

My partner and I travel often and all over the world so we like to pack as much into our trips as possible. When we met Shane, we didn't know what package to pick since we had never been to South Africa and just wanted to get a "taste" of each city we were staying in. First of all, Shane is so easy to get along with. Kind and funny; incredibly knowledgeable and a local who grew up and has lived his very colorful and active life in South Africa. He asked us what we were looking for and tailor made our day into what we wanted!!! We saw the animal reserve and saw the animals feeding; we visited the cradle of humanity; we visited the statue of Mandela and saw many of the official city buildings downtown. We saw so much I don't have space to write about it! Our day was supposed to be a half day and ended up being from 9am-9pm! Maybe later, I don't know because it was so much fun!!! We all ended up having dinner together by the end of the day, Shane was a friend that we didn't want to leave and hope to come back soon to visit with again.
For us, it's not seeing the sites that makes a difference, it's the people. And hearing Shane's experience and how he sees the land, the culture, the love of his country; his experience as a professional cricketer and professional cricketer coach; and enjoying sharing stories all during a road trip made it an experience not to forgot. And did I mention that his prices were so so reasonable?? Wow. Amazing experience; amazing person. Highly recommend.
We miss you, Shane!!!!!!!!!!!!
